Dr. Galang is quite possibly the most gentle and skilled dentist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I tell him up front that I’m a wuss for pain and that going to the dentist is not my strong suit. He’s very patient with me and explains every step that he’s doing so that I know what to expect and where I should be headed towards, in terms of dental health and hygiene. I was notified last year that my dental plan changed at work and that G Dental Group was considered Out of Network, but that didn’t stop me. I’d rather pay for quality and care than skimp on the services and rely on whatever my healthcare plan gives me. I’ve recommended all my friends to G Dental!

I’d been going to the same dentist for 19 years (since birth, I think) until I was recently referred to Dr. Galang’s office for a crown replacement that my usual dentist’s office wasn’t equipped to perform. It’s a good thing I switched as soon as I did, because it turns out I have very problematic teeth. In addition to a ton of decay beneath the poorly fitted crown, I had four cavities and lots of staining that my previous dentist had never mentioned. I was kind of shocked that my teeth were in such bad shape– my previous dentist had consistently told me that they were fine.
Dr Galang helped me understand what was wrong with my teeth, explained what she was going to do to fix them, and made sure I understood my options in paying for the procedures. She also recommended that I get a sonicare toothbrush– I did, and it’s made my teeth feel noticeably cleaner. While I appreciate her straightforwardness when talking about my dental health and hygiene, her honesty never detracts from her friendliness. She and everyone else in the office is kind, considerate, and 100% approachable. I’m totally happy with this office and would definitely recommend their service.

Dr. Galang is seriously the BEST! Dr. G is so through that he literally explains to you the issues going on with your teeth, the why and the causes of it. For me, it really helps when someone really takes the time and really shows so much pride in their job to explain things to a patient throughly. He’s also really gentle with your teeth. I’ve experienced some dentist that are pretty rough and sometimes hurts when having a cleaning. I’ve never had such a good experience with a dentist until Dr. G! I would highly recommend him and everyone in his practice especially for those who have a dentist phobia, Dr. G is your guy to really help put an ease.

You know how people have a fear of the dentist? I’ve never once been afraid or nervous to go to dentist thanks to G Dental Group. I’ve been coming to this same dental office since I was a child 20+ years and never once had a bad experience. I’ve had appointments with both Dr. Galang & Dr. Corvera & they are both so nice! They constantly check with you to make sure you are comfortable, not in any pain, & explain what they are doing. They even have little pillows & I was once sat in a chair that even had a massage function! So if you need anesthesia you can get a massage while you wait to get numb!
One last thing I want to say is I really like the updated waiting area, its warm & welcoming like Dr. Galang, Dr. Corvera & the rest of the staff.

Dr. Galang is AWESOME and very gentle! One thing I fear is the dentist but he really made me feel comfortable! I went in for a tooth that was really bothering me and felt nervous about seeing him! Dr. Galang opened up early on a Saturday for me to fix a broken crown before a wedding! In an emergency situation I could not be better taken care of. Everyone at the office was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Galang fixed my crown in about 30 minutes and did an excellent job in a pinch.

I got referred to Dr. Galang through a friend, and am I beyond pleased with everything from the office staff to the doctor himself. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

As you walk in you are greeted with smiles left and right. Noy & Jaelyn who works at the front and also who I’ve been talking to since the beginning has been the sweetest. They try to accommodate you at best and they are a pleasure to talk to.
I have never been so excited to sit at a Dental Chair up until I met Dr. Camille Corvera-Galang. She honestly knows what she’s doing which is why she is always fully booked. She breaks it down to you and take such good care for you. She explains everything into detail and makes sure you know what she is talking about. She gives you options and explain to you what they are and how they would affect you.
It’s been a good 5 years I feel like since the last time I was at the dentist and I couldn’t even tell you when the last time I felt treated like a queen. Thank you so much Dr. Corvera for being so humble, kind and sweet. I am so happy I found your practice and I can say this with confidence that I will be a patient of yours for a very very long time.

I’m Ludmilla De Souza and both me and mu husband are G Dental Group customers for more than 5 years now. Dr Galang and his amazing staff is for sure the Top Notch team I have seen in the bay area compared to other dentists both me and my Husband Marcos Lemos has seen before. The whole team is friendly, competetent, professinal, and always on time.
Their equipment is current, they take the time to explain you everything you need to know about your current situation and their knowledge and information comes very handful everytime.
Another great thing was that when I had an emergency treatment they were able to accommodate me quickly on their the next day.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. After going to the same dentist for 20 years, I moved to San Francisco and couldn’t afford to fly back to Texas as often. I was worried that I’d encounter a dentist just fixated on wanting to find issues to fix to turn a profit, but not this place!
From the front Desk (Jlin!), the dental hygentist (Jen), and Dr. Galang the experience was amazing. Dr. Galang does your first exam and cleaning so he can be as familiar and thorough with your teeth and make notes. They have high tech stuff with pictures, you can see your issues (if there are any) so they’re not making anything up! Also, text reminders to confirm your appointment which is a bonus for me.
I only had one filling since my old filing was chipped. Dr. Galang showed me the issue and told that was what was causing my sensitivity and not a cavity. They did a filling which was not painful. He gave me headphones to listen to so I couldn’t have to hear the drilling noise.
Cleanings have been great as well, very preventative advice. Showing my why flossing is important instead of just saying you need to floss! It feels like going to a spa for your mouth. They’re gentle and thorough at the same time!
I’ve been going for the past year and a half and they’ve always been consistently amazing. The office feels like you’re there to chat with friends and just chat and get your teeth cleaned afterwards!

You never have to worry about finding parking bc there’s plenty. The front desk receptionist and entire staff are all super friendly and welcoming, always greeted with a smile n positive energy as soon as I walk in 😀 The dental office itself is very clean, nice ambiance and has high tech equipment. They even have massage chairs which is awesome!
Dr. Galang is very kind, gentle, professional and informative/knowledgable. He explained why my teeth are in the condition they’re in right now and advised me on what I can do to improve them. He encouraged me to voice any questions or concerns I might have and made me feel comfortable. I really felt like he cared about my teeth and cared about providing the best service possible. He is very passionate at what he does and I can tell he really loves his profession.
I’ve gone for a cleaning and a filling and both times I received great, quality service. During both visits, Dr. Galang and his assistant made sure I was doing okay and wasn’t feeling any pain throughout the procedures. He explained in detail about the procedures so I was aware of what they were doing. They were both patient n made the experience calm and relaxing for me. They are both amazing at what they do.
If you’re looking for a dentist that provides excellent, quality services, A+ customer service, a friendly staff and welcoming environment, then G Dental Group is the place to go!!! I would highly recommend them!!

It’s been a few years since my last review. Dr. G’s fantastic and continues to get better. I had an emergency this afternoon and he got me in right away. Normally my fiancé would come with me as I have a lot of anxiety at the dentists office, but Dr. G was patient and in tune with the pace that worked best for me. I’ve been going to him for a few years now and I still highly recommend him.
